Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy describes how Elusive Systems (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use our website and Discord products, including Chromix and Vanity Bot. Update this policy to match your deployed products and actual data practices before inviting users.
Information processed
Depending on the bot features enabled in your server, a bot may process Discord server, channel, user, role, emoji, and configuration identifiers or content needed to respond to a command. Chromix may process emoji files and backup data when you request emoji management, backup, or restoration. Vanity Bot may process the vanity invite or monitoring configuration you provide and send alert messages you configure.
If Discord sign-in is enabled, Elusive Systems requests the Discord identify and guilds scopes to show your account and servers you own or can manage. The authorization code is exchanged by a Cloudflare Pages Function. OAuth tokens are encrypted in a Secure, HttpOnly session cookie and are not exposed to browser JavaScript. Logging out clears the session cookie.
How information is used
Information is used to operate requested bot features, maintain configuration, deliver alerts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot service issues. We do not sell personal information. Do not use a bot command to submit sensitive personal information.
Retention and sharing
The public website does not use tracking cookies or require a database. If you sign in, the encrypted session cookie can persist for up to 30 days and is used to refresh the Discord session server-side; it is cleared when you log out. Hosting providers and Discord may process information under their own terms. Add any additional retention periods and deletion process here before production use.
Your choices
You can remove a bot from your server to stop future bot access. For a data access or deletion request, contact the operators through the support server linked from our homepage. Provide an appropriate contact method and response timeframe before launch.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as features change. The current version will be published on this page. This template is informational and is not legal advice; review it against your actual practices and applicable law.
