By using the Elusive Systems website or its Discord products, including Chromix and Vanity Bot, you agree to these terms. Review and adapt these terms to your operation before making the products available.

Using the service

You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, applicable laws, and your server’s rules. You are responsible for having permission to manage your server, emojis, and invite settings. Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable. We may suspend access to protect the service, users, or platform integrity. No uptime or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the content and assets you submit or manage through a bot, including emoji files and server backups. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use them.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and to the extent permitted by law without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Elusive Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or service interruption arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version here. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Contact the operators through the support server linked from our homepage.
